context
Rental market in most of Europe's largest cities is competitive, and finding the right flatmate is often as much about compatibility as it is about location and budget.
the idea
Roomi connects users with rooms to offer to other users who need a room through a swipe-to-match experience based on lifestyle compatibility, location, and rent preferences.
problem
| Flat-sharing platforms focus heavily on the room itself but rarely on the people who will live together. This often leads to mismatched lifestyles and conflicts.
Goals
| Make the flatmate search faster and more engaging.
| Prioritize lifestyle compatibility alongside budget and location.
| Provide a smooth, mobile-first experience for both listers and seekers.
