Poblenou’s R&B scene is vibrant but event info is scattered across social media and word of mouth. This project, part of an advanced Figma UI course, explored how to centralize event discovery while showcasing strong visual design.
the idea
A mobile app dedicated to R&B events in Poblenou, where users can quickly browse, save, and share upcoming shows. Though UI-focused, I framed the work with a lean UX approach for consistency with my portfolio.

To maintain visual consistency and scalability, I developed a compact design system comprising key components such as buttons, cards, and navigation elements. Each component was crafted with careful attention to spacing, alignment, and hierarchy, and I leveraged a Figma plugin to extract and document all specifications for reference.
In addition, I explored micro-interactions such as hover effects, button states, and animations, envisioning potential adaptation for web or desktop platforms. This approach ensured that the UI was not only visually cohesive but also interactive and flexible across different contexts.
